The sobering reality is that, at our current rate,
full gender equality won't be achieved until
2158. That's 133 years away. Five generations of
women and girls will be left to grapple with pay
gaps, limited opportunities, and unconscious
bias. Waiting is not an option. We need to act
boldly and decisively.
