FROM THE EDITOR
Founder, Lead and Empower Her She Talks
As the golden warmth of summer gently winds down, there is always a
distinct rhythm that takes over this time of year. For many of us, the start
of September marks a cherished turning point. The children are settled
back into school, the morning air carries that familiar, invigorating
crispness, and we begin the steady transition toward the holiday season
—truly my absolute favorite time of the year.
Looking out at the upcoming four months, our calendar is filled with
purposeful gatherings and milestones that embody everything our
community stands for. On November 14th, we will gather in New York
City for a momentous day of celebration and storytelling. We will kick
things off from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with an exclusive book signing
featuring nearly thirty extraordinary authors from our three anthology
series. That evening, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we will come together for
our premier Gala—an unforgettable evening designed to celebrate
achievements, inspire new visions, empower each other, and foster
genuine connection just before the holiday season arrives.
Yet, this momentum is only the beginning. Our movement is expanding
farther, moving faster, and evolving in ways beyond what we could have
initially imagined.
In that spirit of limitless possibility, we are thrilled to announce our
landmark stadium gathering: the 5,000 Women Rising Event, taking place
on April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2027. This transformative three-day experience
will bring together thousands of women from across the globe to learn
from industry leaders, build lifelong connections, spark personal growth,
and celebrate shared impact on an unprecedented scale.
Whether you join us in New York this November or step onto the stadium
floor in 2027, make this journey a priority on your personal roadmap.
Thank you for your continued dedication, your stories, and your voice.
With warm regards and excitement for the road ahead,

The Spell You Don't
Know You're Under
BY ELLE NAGY
On the pattern that keeps high-achieving women performing a life
instead of inhabiting one.
here’s a particular exhaustion that no amount of rest seems to touch.
It’s not the exhaustion of laziness, or poor health, or insufficient ambition. It’s the
exhaustion of a woman who has been running very hard in a direction that stopped
feeling true, and who has been too capable, too disciplined, and too committed to notice that the
running itself has become the problem.
She is not failing. She is performing.
And performance, sustained over years and decades, takes a toll that achievement cannot repair.
SHE TALKS | 8
A PATTERN WITH
A FAMILIAR FACE
What I call the Proving Pattern™ is, at its core, fear-
conditioned performance disguised as strength. It is the
identity-state of a woman who learned early - through
family, culture, industry, or some precise combination of
all three - that value must be demonstrated, love must be
earned, and safety comes from outperforming everyone
around her.
This is not ambition. Though it wears ambition's clothes oh
so convincingly.
Genuine ambition, rooted in desire and identity, feels
expansive. It moves a woman toward something: toward
the experience she wants to inhabit, the contribution she
wants to make, the life she wants to create. It is internally
generated. It does not require an audience to sustain it.
The Proving Pattern™ moves
differently. It moves away from
something. Away from the fear of
being dismissed, diminished, or
defeated. It is externally
regulated. It requires the
applause, the recognition, the
confirmation that she’s been
enough this time. And the moment
the applause fades, the pressure
returns. So she sets another goal.
Not from desire. From the quiet,
relentless need to keep proving.
The tragedy is not that the pattern
produces failure. The tragedy is
that it produces extraordinary
results. And a woman who cannot
fully experience them because she
is already calculating the next
proof.
SHE TALKS | 9
10
I want to be precise about what the Proving
Pattern™ actually costs, because most
conversations about high-achieving women's
exhaustion stop at the surface.
The surface cost is burnout. Fractured sleep.
A nervous system perpetually calibrated to
vigilance rather than ease. The constant hum
of pressure that lives just beneath the skin of
even the most composed, most capable
woman in the room.
The deeper cost is the erosion of artistry.
When life becomes something to perform
rather than something to experience, a
woman begins to skim the surface of her own
existence. She manages her life rather than
inhabiting it. She controls rather than
collaborates. She produces results she
cannot fully feel because she is too busy
monitoring how they look to anyone who
might be watching.
She builds the life. She does not always get to
experience it.
This is not visible from the outside. From the
outside, everything looks exactly as it should.
The career, the reputation, the relationships,
the achievements - all impressive, all real, all
earned. And privately, in the quiet moments
between one goal and the next, she wonders
why none of it settles the way she thought it
would.
That wondering is not ingratitude.
It is the most intelligent part of her, trying to
tell her something true.
The Cost Nobody Names
I think of the Proving Pattern™ as a spell. Not
metaphorically; structurally. Because the
defining quality of a spell is that when you are
under it, you do not know you are under it.
Your intensity feels like personality. Your
pressure feels like responsibility. Your hyper-
independence feels like strength.
You do not experience yourself as a woman
trapped in a pattern.
You experience yourself as a woman who
simply has very high standards.
I worked with a woman - we’ll call her Diane -
who was a highly successful director in a
male-dominated industry. She came to me
because she could not finish her book. She
had a writing coach. She had carved out time.
And still, the manuscript sat unfinished, and
the frustration of it was beginning to feel
personal.
What we found, as we began to look beneath
the symptom, had nothing to do with writing
(spoiler alert - it never does!).
Diane had stayed in her corporate role for
years past the point where it had stopped
serving her or being enjoyable on a daily
basis. Not for lack of courage or opportunity.
But because she had absorbed a story - quiet,
encoded, running just beneath the surface of
every decision - that said leaving would mean
defeat. That if she walked away, they would
have won.
The unfinished book was not a productivity
problem.
When the Spell Runs the Show
SHE TALKS | 10
It was the Proving Pattern™ made visible. The same
story that kept her in a role she had long outgrown
was also preventing her from writing the book.
Because the book represented the woman she
actually was, and she had not yet given herself
permission to fully be her.
When she finally saw the pattern clearly, and chose to
release it, everything shifted.
The book was finished and published. She left the
corporate role, not in defeat, but in sovereignty. She
built her own company. And she told me the thing she
is most proud of is not the external achievement of
any of it. It is the legacy she is now living for her
daughters.
Not what she proved. Who she became when she
stopped proving.
The Spell Breaks When It Is Seen
The Proving Pattern™ is not a character flaw. For most
accomplished women, it began as a completely
intelligent response to environments that required
them to outperform to be taken seriously. It was
protection. It was strategy. It worked.
The question worth asking, particularly for a woman at
a genuine crossroads, is whether it can take her where
she actually wants to go next.
Because what the Proving Pattern™ cannot produce is
the felt experience of a rich life. It can produce the
symbols of success with impressive consistency. But
symbols are not the same as experience. A woman can
build everything she said she wanted and still feel, in
the quiet hours, that she has been performing a life
rather than inhabiting one.
The alternative is not passivity. It is not the
abandonment of ambition or the softening of
standards.
SHE TALKS | 11
It is a shift in the state from which the ambition
moves.
From proving to creating. From performing for an
audience to inhabiting the truth. From building a life
that looks right from the outside to building one that
feels alive from the inside.
That shift begins with a moment of honest
recognition.
Where is the Proving Pattern™ running your life?
Not as a criticism. Not as a diagnosis. As a genuine
question worth sitting with.
Because the spell - and it is a spell - loses power the
moment it is seen.
And what becomes available on the other side of it is
not less. It is the life that was waiting while you were
busy proving yourself to people who were never
going to be satisfied anyway.

WORKING WITH
EXCEPTIONAL
LEADERS
IDENTIFYING THE INVISIBLE GAP THAT MAKES
THE UNFATHOMABLE POSSIBLE
By Dr Karen Weaver
Featuring Sally Anderson
have spent my working life publishing
women who were told their stories did not
matter, and in that time I have read a great
many accounts of survival. Very few of
them have changed the way I think. Sally
Anderson’s did.
I want to be careful here, because it would be easy to
write about Sally in the language of tragedy, and that
would be a disservice to her. What she has built is not a
recovery story. It is a body of work. Thirty-seven years in
leadership, twenty-five of them with exceptional leaders
of influence, ie CEOs, politicians, elite athletes, celebrities,
military, and high-impact thought leaders who have
reached the edge of what conventional coaching can
offer them. Her proprietary methodology, Equanimity and
Co-Creative Leadership Mastery, works at the level of
identity, moving leaders from the 3D analytical realm into
the limitless 5D co-creative, where the impossible
becomes possible.
But her authority is not theoretical. It has been built from severe devastation no human should ever
experience, and that is where I have to begin.
She entered senior leadership at twenty-three. What the rooms she walked into could not see was what she
was already carrying. As a teenager, Sally survived an act of violence so extreme that the language for it did
not yet exist in the culture around her, and the support that should have met her never arrived. She was
expected to return to ordinary life without the tools, the care or the words to process any of it. For years she
carried it privately, alongside fear, anxiety and a punishing internal voice, while building a corporate career
known for exactly the opposite: walking into the most volatile environments and restoring stability.
SHE TALKS | 13
FEATURE
FEATURE
I find that contradiction extraordinary, and I believe it is the origin of everything she now
does. Healing, as Sally is careful to say, was never a single moment of recovery. It was a
lifelong practice of facing pain, understanding identity, and reclaiming personal power,
and it is the same practice she brings to the leaders she counsels.
Her body of work spans two connected practices, a global philanthropic vision, and three
books that give language to the methodology beneath it all.
SALLY ANDERSON
INTERNATIONAL
At the centre of Sally’s practice is Sally Anderson International, a
ten-month, private, one-to-one Co-Creative Leadership and
Equanimous Mastery Strategic Advisory Partnership for
exceptional leaders ready for transformation at the deepest level
of identity.
Her clients are high-level influencers carrying
the pressure of public life, legacy-driven
leaders seeking a larger contribution than the
one they are currently making, and leaders at a
pivotal transition facing decisions with far-
reaching consequences.
Plenty of advisors will guide a client to
transcend limitations. What I have not seen
anywhere else is a woman who has survived the
unfathomable and is still willing to go where
Sally goes, as the only documented visionary at
the forefront of sustainable human and
organisational transformation: ending the
oscillation between empowerment and
disempowerment at the identity level.
She has traversed the full spectrum of human
devastation and alchemised every experience
into mastery. She did not simply survive the
extremity of the human condition. She
emerged forged, carrying an authority that
cannot be credentialed or replicated, and what
she has built from it changes the trajectory of a
leader’s entire existence.
Strategic Advisory Counsel to Exceptional Leaders
The entry point is a two-hour session Sally calls The Quintessential Revelation, built around an immediate,
tangible breakthrough and a revelation of the client’s Default DNA Blueprint, the unconscious patterns quietly
directing their results. Her clients describe her in terms I rarely hear in this industry.
“As good if not better than those leading the industry.”
“Gets results many coaches can’t achieve in two lifetimes.”
SCANDAL COACH
Cancel Culture Recovery Expert
Cancel culture, character assassination and public shaming have become defining leadership realities of the 21st century.
I have written about the witch-hunt mentality of our age and what it costs us. Crisis and legal teams manage the external
narrative. What nobody manages is the leader at the centre of the storm: their psychology, their identity, and their
capacity to lead beyond the attack.
Sally is recognised as the world’s first
Cancel Culture Recovery Expert, as far as
we know. She built Scandal Coach in April
2026, on her return to public life after
seven and a half years away, from inside an
experience no manual existed for: an
attempted character assassination of her
own in 2018. She is building what
academia has long called critical, but the
leadership world has never produced, a
structured, lived-experience-based
methodology forged inside the very
experience it addresses.
“The legal and PR teams mobilise
immediately. They manage the
reputation. They manage the narrative.
They manage the damage. But
nobody is managing the recalibration
of the leader at the height of the storm
who is going to psychotic dimensions
of their own psyche in isolation when
no one wants to know them, until
now.”
SHE TALKS | 15
Page 21
16
Returning to public life after those years of
silence asked something of her that no
methodology can shortcut, and I do not think
that should pass without acknowledgment.
Her position is that purpose rarely waits for
readiness, and that moving forward before
you feel ready is the work itself.
This has reached epidemic proportions, and
the world is losing the voices it needs most.
Equipping leaders to navigate this terrain is
not a specialist concern. It is a foundational
leadership responsibility the field has yet to
meet.
“If you do not get the right support
through an experience of this nature, you
may never fully recover. Some people
are, quite literally, being humiliated to
death.” Leaders who navigate these
crucibles don’t just recover. They become
unshakeable.
SHE TALKS | 16
I have the privilege of publishing Sally’s third book. Beyond
BRAVE: The Art of Living Courageously came out in 2026
through KMD Books, and it dismantles the conventional
narrative around grief, trauma and loss. In it she shares
her own journey, from surviving one of the most severe
reported cases of gang rape and abduction by 100 gang
members in her youth, to the attempted character
assassination in 2018, to the loss of her husband, Roger. It
is a story of resilience, courage and ultimate
transformation.
The book did not begin as a book. It began in the
aftermath of Roger’s death, at the end of a run of losses
that already included public scrutiny, financial hardship
and health scares in her own family. Each had laid down
another layer of grief. His passing broke the writing open.
“I did not choose to sit down and write a book about the
empowered aspect of grief,” Sally says. “But the book
came out of the healing.”
At the heart of BeyondBRAVE lies her framework, the
Three Pillars to True Transcendence:
Embracing Confrontation
Embracing Resistance
Embracing Discomfort
Rather than urging readers to move on from what has
broken them, it invites them to recalibrate, rebuild and
reinvent. Those three movements form the book's
architecture.
Recalibration. Learning to navigate the unfamiliar and
destabilising reality that arrives after loss or trauma.
Rebuilding. Finding stability, rhythm and a sense of
self again.
Reinvention. Accepting there may be no return to the
person you were, and that something far more powerful is
available in who you are becoming.
The proposition inside that structure is deliberately
uncomfortable, and I love her for not softening it.
Resistance, Sally argues, is not evidence that you should
stop. It is usually evidence that you are standing at the
edge of growth. Discomfort is a feeling, not a command.
BEYOND BRAVE
The Art of Living Courageously
“This book is not about getting over what has broken
you. It’s about rising because of it, alchemising pain into
purpose and reclaiming your power in ways you never
thought possible.”
She believes our greatest wounds become our most
powerful catalysts for growth. There is a line in the book
I have not been able to put down since I first read it.
“The intensity with which we grieve directly correlates to
the intensity with which we loved,” she writes. “And if
this is the case, the grief is bearable, for there is nothing
more priceless in life than to have loved with such depth
and commitment.”
She is equally direct about what grief actually is. It is not
confined to death. It arrives with the end of a career, a
relationship, a role, a sense of safety, or the version of
yourself you assumed you would always be, and most
people never name it as grief. Her question is not why
this happened to you. It is simply: who are you now?
And for all the intensity of this work, the line she returns
to most is the gentlest one she has.
“Be soft and gentle with yourself.”
She is emphatic, too, that no one is built to carry
hardship alone, and that community, compassion and a
willingness to listen save lives. Beyond BRAVE is a
compassionate yet unapologetic call to anyone ready to
step into a life of courage, sovereignty and awakened
consciousness.
Beyond BRAVE: kmdbooks.com/beyondbrave
Sally, alongside other high-profile
leadership experts, is developing a
Sovereignty Summit, a 1 Day Leadership
Intensive built on a single premise: the
consciousness of those who lead must
evolve at the same pace as the problems
they are being asked to solve.
THE SOVEREIGNTY SUMMIT
A 1 Day Leadership Intensive
Public trust in global institutions has fallen to its lowest recorded level.
Delegates are being drawn from across the full span of global influence:
vice-chancellors and university deans, senior legislators and heads of
state, chief executives of the world’s largest organisations, global
influencers and thought leaders, NGO leaders working where human
suffering meets systemic change, and religious and spiritual leaders. The
day centres on four core themes.
Building the Next Leadership Curriculum. Identifying
who among the world’s most influential leaders will
champion the evolution of leadership development.
Reclaiming Sovereign Power. Evolving the consciousness
of those who lead, beginning with an honest diagnosis of
where power is leaking and why.
Naming Corruption at the Apex of Global Power. The
collective, public acknowledgment that corruption exists
there, and that every solution built without naming it is
compromised from the start.
Cancel Culture and the Silencing of Important Voices.
Treating the psychological cost of public shaming and
cancellation as a foundational leadership competency
globally.
“The world does not need better-performing leaders. It
needs leaders with evolved consciousness.”
If one part of Sally’s work tells you who she really is, it is
this.
“Ending human suffering through radical confrontation:
where today’s courage becomes tomorrow’s liberation to
generations not yet born.”
“I stand at the intersection of personal alchemy and
planetary responsibility,” she says. “This is not charity.
This is not activism. This is the complete reclamation of
what it means to be human in the face of unspeakable
cruelty.”
Her legacy is five-fold, each pillar reinforcing the others.
First, educating the masses on how to end suffering
permanently by providing Death, Grief and Healing
Literacy and Co-Creative and Equanimous Mastery
Education in school systems globally. There is another
way beyond conventional approaches to trauma and
pain.
Second, providing a tried, proven, non-drug-related
solution that is sustainable, saving lives and impacting
the mental health epidemic through education that
transforms rather than medicates.
Third, bringing certainty and viable solutions to what
feels uncertain in our post-COVID world, evolving the
consciousness of those who lead to that of the Co-
Creative Realm, equipping them for both present
challenges and those on our horizon.
Fourth, standing for a world where cancel culture is
not tolerated, supporting those called to higher
missions to continue their work without being shamed,
character assassinated, or cancelled, because
humanity needs its courageous voices now more than
ever.
Fifth, infiltrating the silence to end all cruelty, giving
voice to the voiceless and safeguarding the innocent.
Sally names the extremity of what is occurring, from
crimes that fracture the soul of humanity, including
child trafficking, abuse and domestic violence, to the
systematic torture of sentient beings who cannot speak
for themselves. We must do better.
A GLOBAL
PHILANTHROPIST
Giving a Voice to the Voiceless, Safeguarding
the Innocent
“This is not simply beyond BRAVE,” she says. “This is
the moral imperative of our time, the reckoning we can
no longer postpone. My why runs so deep that turning
back is impossible. I am dedicating the remainder of my
days to demonstrating that our capacity for compassion
can be as boundless as our capacity for cruelty.”
“The silence ends here. The complicity ends now. This is
the stand that history will judge us by, not our
intentions, but our actions in the face of what we’ve
chosen to ignore.”
I have watched a great many women rebuild themselves
after the world tried to take them apart. What sets Sally
apart is that she did not stop at her own rebuilding. She
turned around and went back for everyone still inside
the fire. That is the rarest thing I know, and it is why I
will keep telling you about her.
SERVICES
In the words of Sally Anderson, “I asked God why he let
me be in so much pain and darkness. He said it’s so you
know the way out when I send you back in for someone
else.” The following are the transcending services she

Council Partnerships.
